The story

    The challenge

    Leave requests affect payroll, staffing and employee trust. HR needed one workflow that applies different policies consistently and keeps approvals visible to everyone involved.

    Our approach

    We translated tenure, leave credits, weekends and Philippine holidays into explicit calculation rules. Role-based workspaces, approval conversations and transactional refunds keep any change to approved leave accountable.
