The story

The challenge
Turning a short idea into an animated video means many connected decisions: story structure, characters, scenes, assets, generation tasks and the final output. The product had to keep that process understandable while AI work ran across several stages.

Our approach
We helped shape a production workspace organized around projects rather than isolated AI prompts. Creation tools, reusable assets, progress states, credits and recent work share one dashboard, so people move through the workflow without losing context.
